Leadership video: Iker Muniain - World of Dreams!

Back in 2008 we saw Muniain making his Europa League debut in Bremen. He was just 16 and proved technically more gifted that Mesut Özil.

However Özil plays for Real Madrid who will never consider signing him because he is not a foreigner who would sell T-shirts. In other words, lack of leadership.

Barcelona do not need to sign him having their own fruitful academy with players such as Delofeu or Rafinha coming up as well

Muniain´s future is the Premier.  Leadership requires audacity.  Muniain would be a sure starter XI at Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea or Tottenham at this stage.  Paradoxically he would be easier to sell i.e Josu Urrutia, Athletic Bilbao´s chairman, would have less PR problems selling Muniain than selling Llorente or Javi Martinez
