Sir Alex no funciona asi.

Spanish Leadership has already issued their customary transfer window report.  On this occasion Spanish Leadership has issued the report 2 weeks in advance of the start of the transfer window to respond to multitude of petitions around the world.  The success of this report is compiled at the book Ballfoot v Football: The Spanish Leadership maestros: The reinventors of the game invented by the English which sells at http://www.amazon.com/Ballfoot-Football-Leadership-maestros-reinventors/dp/1466227656/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1324638346&sr=1-1. In the book the Spanish Leaders explain to the world of soccer the reasons behind Spain´s success and list the top 100 players of Spain.

Forza Fútbol has had exclusive access to the latest report (dated December 18th 2011) which has not yet been incorporated to the above book (usually this is done after January 31st when the transfer window closes).  This the Executive Summary of the report.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Further to your insistent petitions around the world here is our first report to assist you during the upcoming transfer window in January 2012.

The conclusions of the current report are fairly sound and worth-reading.

In general we feel there is a lack of consistent strategy from the majority of clubs, particularly those of the Premier League.

To counterbalance the lack of strategy we feel it is very much necessary to present a stable career path for the player in a Spanish report type of form.  Such a report would create a feel good factor.  It would apply to players such as Llorente or Aduriz.

Further to the general elections of last month and the appointment of a new government this month, the Spanish economy will undergo major changes under a liberal conservative government.  This means that the ´de-facto´ bankruptcy of many Spanish clubs will come to light i.e. no government assistance will be given.  The inevitable sale of players is the immediate step.

Out of the national coach (Vicente Del Bosque) first squad of 23, mainly World Cup Winners, we feel that the following players can move to the Premier League:

- Raul Albiol, central defender at Real Madrid.  Del Bosque has personally spoken to Albiol about his situation.  The coach has made it clear that if the player wants to make it to the Euro 2012 he has to play games as starter XI.  Albiol would be an excellent fit for Chelsea, Manchester City, Newcastle, Tottenham, Liverpool or Manchester United.

- Javi Martinez, centre back at Athletic Bilbao.  This club will not sell Llorente.  While in Johannesburg in July 2010 we felt the temperature of the player´s inner circle.  His brother is his agent.  In all likelihood he will use a Premier League offer to secure a contract extension in Bilbao.  Besides Athletic Bilbao does not have a replacement striker.  Therefore we feel that Javi Martinez could join a club such as Manchester City, or Manchester United or even Chelsea.  It all depends on the English clubs abilities to draft a stable career plan for the player in Spanish.  This is of paramount importance to counterweight the all important emotional factor.

-Santi Cazorla, right midfielder at Málaga.  Whereas this club is signing a lot of players, it has become very obvious that Malaga will not be able to win trophies in the short or medium term.  Clubs of the pedigree of Manchester United, Tottenham, or Liverpool will appeal to Cazorla provided there is a stable career plan drafted.

Within the second squad of 23 monitored by Del Bosque there are obviously more opportunities:

-Javi García the Real Madrid Academy player who is a major success at Benfica Lisbon as central midfielder

-Aritz Aduriz, the centre forward at Valencia can be sold by this club once they have been eliminated from the Champions League.  The inner circle of the player has always been reluctant to consider offers from lowly ranked clubs in England.  However clubs such as Newcastle, Everton, Aston Villa and Tottenham are good clubs to persuade Aduriz.  Del Bosque sees Aduriz as good as Soldado who has not yet been called up by Spain under his tenure.  Aduriz was called up in September 2010.  That speaks by itself.  However the arrival of the Brazilian Jonas has caused Aduriz to fall out of favor.  Therefore we feel that a two and a half year contract will surely appeal to the player.

- Jesus Navas, right midfielder/winger, sellable by Seville for some 30 million Euros.  The player does know that Pedro from Barcelona has more chances than him to make it to the Euro 2012.  He knows that if he joined the ranks of Arsenal, Chelsea or the Manchester Clubs his chances to play in the Euro 2012 will double.

- Diego López, the outstanding keeper from the Real Madrid Academy, who is at Villarreal.  Fabio Capello always felt this keeper had more potential than Casillas.  In as much Villarreal are now lowly ranked, we understand that Lopez would favour a move to clubs of pedigree such as Chelsea, Tottenham or Aston Villa.

- Albert Botia, the Barcelona jewel who plays at Sporting Gijón.  He is a player who could make it to the Euro 2012 replacing Albiol.  We estimate that Sporting Gijón would accept offers from 6 million Euro onwards for the player.

- Borja Valero, currently at Villarreal who are having a disappointing season.  As Borja has Premier League experience he would be an excellent addition for any top 6 club in England or any top club in Germany.

- Iker Muniain, the Basque jewel at Athletic Bilbao a club who has plenty of replacements for the player.  Muniain is a World-Class player however neither Barcelona (they have plenty of Academy players of same quality) nor Real Madrid (galácticos club policy) will consider signing him.

- Dani Güiza, Euro 2008´s best performing striker. He is currently at Getafe who would sell him for some 5 million Euros.

Within the U-21 group monitored by Del Bosque there is a real chance to sign the following players:

- Rodrigo, the centre forward at Benfica Lisbon in Portugal.  Rodrigo has Premier League experience.

- Alvaro Moratathe Real Madrid striker who would be a sure success in England.

- Iñigo Martínez, the centre half at Real Sociedad who is being watched by Barcelona.

- Juan Carlos Perez, the left winger at Saragossa who would sell him for some 3 million Euros.

- Pablo Sarabia the Real Madrid jewel currently at Getafe.

- Daniel Carvajal, the right back at Real Madrid.  Mourinho would give the green light for a 6 months loan.  Carvajal is a World-Class player.

Within the fourth group of 23 players monitored by Del Bosque, the following players can be signed provided there is a reasonable offer:

- Cesar Navas from Rubin Kazan in Russia.

- Jose Manuel Jurado the playmaker at Schalke 04 in Germany.

- Dani Parejo the playmaker at Valencia who has experience of playing in England with QPR.

- Pablo Hernandez the right winger at Valencia.

- Diego Capel the left winger at Sporting Lisbon in Portugal.

- Nolito the striker from Barcelona who is a major success at Benfica Lisbon in Portugal.

- Jeffren, the attacking midfielder from Barcelona who is a major success at Sporting Lisbon in Portugal.

- Jose Antonio Reyes, the Atletico Madrid forward who already played in England.

- David Barral the Sporting Gijon striker monitored by Del Bosque since his days at Real Madrid.

Within the group of U-19 and U-17 internationals the on loan deals for Jan 2012 apply to:

- Barcelona: 1 or 2 out of Delofeu, Rafinha, Johathan Do Santos, Ayala, Sergi Roberto or Riverola

-Real Betis: Vadillo

- Real Madrid: Jesé Rodriguez,García Noblejas and Mascarrel.

High quality coaches such as Javier Clemente, now a free agent, Luis Aragonés, , and Juande Ramos, would fit in the Premier League or anywhere else in the world.

In conclusion we kindly invite you to read the full report as deemed applicable by yourselves.
We trust you will find information of value for your club.
